摘 要:染色体制备技术是细胞生物学的一项核心基础技术,也是高校细胞生物学实验常开的一项实验。然而染色体制备技术复杂,操作环节多,耗时长,影响因素多,在实际实验中获得理想染色体的成功率很低,因此需要进一步改进优化,提高成功率,使学生真正掌握染色体标本的制备技术,了解染色体的数目以及形态特征。本文比较了利用小鼠骨髓和睾丸细胞制备染色体的优劣,并讨论了染色体制备过程中的注意事项和改进方法。The technique of chromosome preparation is one of the core technologies of cell biology, it is also an important experiment content of the cell biology experiment course in universities. However, chromosome preparation technology is complex, multiple operational taches, time consuming, and often influenced by many factors, the success rate for obtaining ideal chromosomes is very low in the actual experiment, so it needs to further improve and optimize the chromosomes preparation experiment to help students master the technology of chromosome preparation, and understand the morphology of chromosomes. This paper compared the advantages and disadvantages of mouse bone marrow cells and testicular cells using for chromosomes preparation, and discussed some precautions and improvement methods for chromosome preparation.
