摘　　要：细菌培养基是细菌体外生长的基质,其研究成果对于生物制品质量的提升具有显著作用。在细菌培养中,营养物质是主要的需求成分,因而对营养物质的代谢进行研究,并优化培养基配方,对于今后的研究和生产可以起到促进和指导作用。本文以此为切入点,进行必要的总结和探究。Bacterial culture mediumis also the substrate for the growth of bacteria in vitro,the research work of it has significant effect on the improvement of the quality of biologics. Nutrition is the main demand component in training. Therefore, studying the metabolism of nutrients and optimizing the formula of the medium can play a promoting and guiding role for future research and production. So this article is also the breakthrough point, to carry out the necessary summary and exploration.
