摘　　要：介绍氯气压缩机的工作原理。将12万t/a烧碱装置配套氯气压缩装置由液环压缩机(纳氏泵)改为国产透平式压缩机,具有结构紧凑、安装方便、占用空间小、维修费用低的优点。后在压缩机前增加除雾器,同时增加循环水供应及无压回水所需的循环水池及配套的循环水泵,并修改压缩机与电解槽的连锁。改造后,提高了装置的安全稳定性,解决了装置运行的瓶颈问题,缓解了一线操作人员的操作压力及安全操作风险。介绍了改造后的日常维护方案。The working principle of chlorine compressor is introduced. The liquid ring compressors （Nash pumps） which were used as the chlorine compressor for 120 kt/a caustic soda plant were replaced by domestic turbine compressors. The domestic turbine compressors had the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation, small space occupation and low maintenance cost. In addition, a dernister was added in front of the compressor, and a circulating water pool and the matching circulating water pump were added to realize the supply and presureless backflow of circulating water. The interlock between the compressor and the electrolyzer is modified. These modifications improved the safety and stability of the compressor, solved the bottleneck problem in the operation of the compressor, and alleviated the operation pressure and operation risk of the front-line operators. The routine maintenance plan was also introduced.
