摘　　要：介绍3条烧碱生产线分段停车时,液氯生产中产生的尾氯的工艺流程。针对不同批次电解槽停车时液化尾氯倒换中存在的问题——制备次氯酸钠时尾氯压力波动而制备盐酸时尾氯量不足,提出3#生产线合成炉与1#生产线盐酸炉倒换的方案,并给出操作中的注意事项。The process flow of tail chlorine generated in the production of liquid chlorine during staged shutdown of three caustic soda production lines was introduced. There were problems in tail chlorine shift during shutdown of different batches of electrolyzers, i. e. pressure fluctuation of tail chlorine in preparation of sodium hypochlorite and insufficient tail chlorine in preparation of hydrochloric acid. A scheme of replacing the hydrogen chloride synthesizer in 3# production line with the hydrochloric acid furnace in 1^# production line was proposed. The matters needing attention in the operation were given.
