2007～2017年日照市艾滋病流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解日照市2007～2017年艾滋病疫情的流行病学特点,为制定日照市艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法通过艾滋病防治基本信息系统收集相关资料,对HIV/AIDS疫情报告和流行病学调查资料进行描述性分析。结果2007-2017年日照市累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者(HIV)/艾滋病病人(AIDS)188例,发病率为0.59/10万,不同年份发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性166例,女性22例,男女性别比为7.55:1。2012年以后病例报告明显增多,占报告总数的90.96%;全市所有区县均有病例报告,但报告不均,以东港区为主,报告124例;病例主要为15～49岁的青壮年,占93.09%;传播途径以异性传播为主,占51.06%。但近两年来同性传播上升速度明显;检测的样本来源主要为自愿咨询检测、术前检测以及无偿献血人员检测,分别占32.45%(61/188)、16.49%(31/188)、13.30%(25/188)。结论日照市的艾滋病疫情增长迅速。Objective To understand the epidemiologieal characteristics of HIV/AIDS in Rizhao city,2007-2017,so as to provide scientific basis for HIV/AIDS prevention and control strategy. Methods Data were collected and analyzed from HIV/AIDS epidemic reports of AIDS prevention and control information system and epidemiological survey. Results A total of 188 HIV/AIDS cases were reported in Rizhao city,2007-2017 ,the incidence was 0.59/10^5 ,with significant differ- ence in different years（ P〈0.01）, 166 males, 22 females, and the gender ratio was 7.55：1. HIV cases increased significantly since 2012,accounting for 90.96% of the total. There were cases in all counties, but it was not well-distributed; Donggang accounted for the most,with 124 cases. Most cases were among young and adults aged 15-49 years old,accounting for 93.09%. Most were heterosexually transmitted infections, accounting for 51.06 %, but homosexual infection increased rapidly in the recent two years. The samples were provided by people from voluntary counseling ＆ testing, 32.45% （61/188） ,preoperative testing,16.49% （31/188） and voluntary blood donation,13. 30%（25/188）. Conclusion The AIDS epidemic is rising rapidly in Rizhao city.
