摘  要:目的探讨黄芪多糖(APS)对小鼠动脉硬化炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β的影响。方法 2018年3月选取30只雄性8周龄ApoE^(-/-)小鼠适应后喂养1周后,随机分为空白对照组、模型组和APS组,每组10只。模型组和APS组高脂喂养20周,构建动脉粥样硬化斑块模型。随后,APS组给于APS 2g/kg·d灌胃,模型组和空白对照组给予等剂量生理盐水灌胃。干预7周后,ELISA法检测血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β含量。结果 APS组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平较动脉硬化模型组均减少,分别为(2.73±0.48)比(4.25±0.51)μg/L、(67.41±12.39)比(82.62±16.23)μg/L、(177.87±22.16)比(242.78±11.49ng/L)(P<0.05)。结论 APS可能通过减少TNF-α、IL-6与IL-1β炎症因子水平,起到稳定AS斑块的作用。Objective To explore the effects of astragalus polysaccharides(APS)onTNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βin arteriosclerotic mice. Methods After 1 week of acclimation,30 males ApoE^(-/-)mice aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into the control group,themodel group and APS group,10 cases in each group.The model group and APS group were fed with high fat for 20 weeks to build the atherosclerotic plaque model.Subsequently,APS group was given APS 2 g/kg﹒ d by Gastrostomy,an equal dose of normal saline solution in the model group and the control group.After 7 weeks of intervention,serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βwere detected by ELISA. Results TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βin APS group were significantly reduced compared with the model group(2.73±0.48 vs4.25±0.51μg/l,67.41±12.39 vs 82.62±16.23μg/l,177.87±22.16 vs 242.78±11.49 ng/l(P〈0.05). Conclusion APS may stabilize AS plaque by reducing TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βinflammatory factors level.
