摘　　要：目的了解寿光市居民死亡水平、主要死亡原因及变化趋势,为今后卫生政策的制订提供科学依据。方法描述性统计分析2016年寿光市居民死因监测资料。结果 2016年寿光市累计监测人口数1 086 722人,死亡7 944人,死亡率为731.01/10万。男、女性居民死亡率分别为791.70/10万(4 340/548 187)、669.22/10万(3 604/538 535)(P<0.01)。各年龄组死亡率及首位死因分别为:0~岁组324.09/10万(56/17 279),先天畸形、变形和染色体异;1~4岁组25.07/10万(12/47 866),意外伤害;5~9岁组13.79/10万(7/50 748),意外伤害;10~14岁组25.28/10万(13/51 421),恶性肿瘤;35~39岁组98.11/10万(63/64 215),恶性肿瘤;60~64岁组839.80/10万(651/77 518),恶性肿瘤;75~79岁组3 888.68/10万,心脏病。全人群前5位死因为心脏病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病、伤害,死亡数共占92.96%(7 385/7 944)。结论寿光市居民死亡率随着年龄的增大明显上升;心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病等仍然是居民死亡的主要原因。Objective To understand the mortality level,the main causes of death and the changing trend among residents in Shouguang city,so as to provide scientific basis for health policy development. Methods In 2016,descriptive statistical analysis was made on the surveillance data on the causes of death among residents in Shouguang city. Results In2016,a total of 1 086 722 residents were investigated,7 944 died,the mortality was 731.01/105.The mortality of residents for males was 791.70/105,for females was 669.22/105（P〈0.01）.The mortality rate and the top cause of death,by age group,for 0 years old infants was 324.09/105,with congenital malformations,deformations and chromosomal differences,and for 1-4 years old children was 25.07/105,accidental injuries,and for 5-9 years old children was 13.79/105,with accidental injuries,and for 10-14 years old children was 25.28/105,malignant tumors,and for 35-39 years old was 98.11/105,with malignant tumors,and for 60-64 years old was 39.80/105,with malignant tumors,and for 75-79 years old was3 888.68/105,with heart disease.The top five causes of death among all the residents were heart disease,malignant tumor,cerebrovascular diseases,respiratory system diseases,and injuries.The top five causes of death accounted for92.96% of the total. Conclusion The mortality increases significantly with age increasing in Shouguang city.Cardiocerebrovascular diseases,malignant tumors,respiratory diseases,etc.are still the main causes of death.
