摘　　要：如何实现城市公共品的有效供给是城市建设中的重要议题．依据来自城市公共品相关者的评价，在对城市公共品的类型、供给方式和监管模式进行分类的基础上，运用基于犹豫模糊理论的组合匹配模型，对城市公共品的类型、供给方式和监管模式之间的组合关系进行数量分析，探讨城市公共品三方组合的最佳方式．通过实例说明所提方法的实用性和有效性，力图为提高我国城市公共品有效供给提供分析工具和决策借鉴．How to realize the effective supply of urban public goods is an important topic in urban construction. The paper has been written based on the evaluation of stakeholders from urban public goods,and after has classified the types of urban public goods,supply patterns and regulatory models, the combination matching model based on hesitation fuzzy theory is used to analyze the relationship among the types of urban public goods, the supply mode and the regulatory model,in order to explore the best way of combination of urban public goods and give a numerical example analysis to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method.To provide an analytical tool and a decision-making reference for improving the effective supply of urban public goods in China.
