摘 要:以壳聚糖、氯乙酸为主要原料合成了N-羧甲基壳聚糖,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备得到了N-羧甲基壳聚糖/纳米TiO2复合材料。利用红外(IR)、x-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料进行了表征,并考察了复合材料对亚甲基蓝溶液、亚甲基绿溶液、1,9-二甲基亚甲基蓝的降解性能,探讨了溶液的初始浓度、pH值、复合材料掺杂比及煅烧温度等因素对降解率的影响。实验研究发现,煅烧温度为300℃、掺杂比为2∶5的复合材料在温度30℃下,对初始浓度为8 mg/L,pH=9的3种染料分子溶液的降解效果最好,降解率分别为90.62%、83.75%、95.16%。N-carboxymethyl chitosan was prepared by using chitosan and chloroacetic acid as the main raw material,and then carboxymethyl chitosan/titanium dioxide composite materials was prepared using sol-gel technolgy.Infrared spectrum(IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)techniques were used to characterize the N-carboxymethyl chitosan/titanium dioxide composite material.The photocatalysis tests of N-carboxymethyl chitosan/titanium dioxide composite materials for Methylene blue solution,methylene green solution and 1,9 dimethyl methylene blue were investigated.The results of the experiment show that:the composite material with doping ratio 2:5 and calcination temperature 300 ℃ has a very high photocatalytic activity for three solution,and the photocatalysis degradation rates of the three solution are 90.62%,83.75% and 95.16%.
