摘  要:用Ansoft Maxwell软件模拟分析了在多针头静电纺丝装置中加入圆环状辅助电极的电场分布,并与无辅助电极时的情况相比较,考察了圆环状辅助电极在不同半径、外加电压及粗细等因素对电场的影响。利用模拟后的最佳条件制备了取向性较好、直径均匀的Al2O3/ZrO2凝胶纤维。950℃空气烧结1 h后可得到致密的复合陶瓷纤维,纤维表面光滑无明显缺陷,直径在5~10μm之间。A multi-needle electrospinning with auxiliary ring electrode equipment was developed to study the electrostatic field distribution using Ansoft Maxwell software.The effect of ring electrode size,thickness and applied voltages was analyzed and compared with that of the non-auxiliary electrode.Uniform diameter of gel fibers with good orientation were prepared by using the best conditions of simulation results.After 950 ℃ sintered for 1 h,the dense Al2O3/ZrO2 composite ceramic fiber were obtained,the fiber surface is smooth and no obvious defects,5 ~ 10μm in diameter.
