摘 要:随着技术的进步,复合材料成为目前新材料应用的一个重要领域,采用等离子喷涂法对SiC/Cr-Al-Si的抗氧化性能进行研究,结果发现涂刷法制备所得的SiC/Cr-Al-Si复合涂层C/C复合材料试样抗氧化性能较不带涂层和带SiC涂层的C/C复合材料试样有了很大的提高,性能得到了很大改善,且涂层间结合较好,没有开裂现象,涂层在一定时间内能对基体起到较好的保护作用,表现为试样在氧化前12h一直为增重状态。With the development of technology,composite materials has become an important field of the application of new materials,the oxidation resistance of Si C/Cr-Al-Si prepared by plasma spraying method were studied.The results showed that the antioxidant properties of C/C composite specimen with Si C/Cr-Al-Si composite coating was better than C/C composite without coating and with Si C coating.And the coating binds well with no crack.The coating can protect the substrate in a certain period of time for its 12 hours weight gain before oxidation.
