全域旅游背景下浙江旅游度假区高质量发展的思考

摘　　要：中国经济转向高质量发展将推动旅游业更平衡、更充分地发展。全域旅游背景下,旅游度假区面临从高速增长转向高质量发展的关键节点。本文基于浙江旅游度假区的统计数据与实地调研,客观评述了目前旅游度假区建设与发展的现状与问题,并从旅游度假区管理体制机制、统筹规划、人才发展、政策支持、科技创新等五个环节展开论述,尝试为浙江旅游度假区高质量建设与发展提供参考。The high-quality development momentum of Chinese economy will propel the tourism industry to develop in a more balanced and comprehensive direction.Under global tourism background,resort area also ushers in the critical moment which transits from high-speed growth to high-quality growth.Throughout the statistical data analysis and investigation of Zhejiang resort area,the paper objectively reviews the present situations and problems in the construction and development process of resort area in present stage,and expounds the problem from the aspect of resort area management system,overall planning,talent development,policy support and technical innovation to try to provide reference for the high-quality construction and development of Zhejiang resort area.
