摘　　要：随着区域自贸协定的发展,除了关注成员国之间降低关税和消除非关税壁垒外,还努力提高成员国的生产和供应链管理,涉及劳工和环境保护、知识产权保护、原产地规则、国有企业改革、政府采购等领域。区域自贸协定可以促进区域经济一体化加快,推动成员国经济发展,原产地规则鼓励发展区域生产网络形成,并产生区域部门转移效应。我国应采取以下策略:加强区域经济合作,推动"一带一路"倡议的实施,加快人民币国际化,推动区域经济一体化发展,完善相关体制机制,参与更高层次区域经济合作。With the development of regional free trade agreements, apart from paying attention to the reduction of tariffs and the elimination of non - tariff barriers among member states, efforts have also been made to improve the production and supply chain management of member states, including labor and environmental protection, intellectual property protection, rules of origin, reform of state - owned enterprises and government procurement. Regional free trade agreements can accelerate regional economic integration and promote economic development of member states. Rules of origin encourage the formation of regional production networks and transfer of regional sectors. China should adopt the following strategies： strengthen regional economic cooperation, promote the implementation of ＂the Belt and Road＂ initiative, accelerate the internationalization of the RMB, promote the development of regional economic integration, improve relevant systems and mechanisms, and participate in regional economic cooperation at a higher level.
