摘　　要：我国跨境电子商务综合试验区产业集聚发展初步显现,但仍存在市场资本活力不足、产业综合服务配套有待增强、物流配套服务不完善、金融配套服务不完善和推动"双创"作用偏弱等问题。培育跨境电商产业主体、打造特色产业集群发展、完善跨境电商生态链、大力推进跨境电商双创和构建"一带一路"沿线网络经济体等有利于推进跨境电子商务综合试验区产业集群发展。The development of industrial agglomeration in China＇ s cross - border e - commerce comprehensive pilot area has shown initial development, but there is still lack of market capital vitality, the need for enhanced comprehensive industrial service support, imperfect logistics support services, imperfect financial support services, and weak ＂double creation＂ functions problem. Cultivating cross - border e - commerce industry main bodies, building characteristic industrial clusters, improving cross - border e - commerce eco - chains, vigorously promoting cross - border e- commerce and creating a network economy alongside ＂the Belt and Road＂ are conducive to promoting cross - border e - commerce comprehensive pilot area industrial cluster development.
