摘　　要：以长春市某开发区2016年7月开始规划建设的K综合管廊PPP项目为例,依据项目融资风险管理理论,对该PPP项目进行风险识别,综合运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立风险评价模型并进行评价,进而根据评价结论对本项目的融资风险管理提出对策建议,以期有利于项目风险管理方案的制定,进一步控制融资风险,推进PPP项目的进展。This paper study of project financing risk management use Changchun k composite pipe gallery PPP project as an example since July 2016. It based on the theory of project financing risk management, one of the PPP project risk identification, and comprehensive use of analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the risk evaluation model and evaluation, and according to the evaluation conclusion of the project financing risk management puts forward reliable countermeasures, in order to be helpful for project risk management plan formulation, further control the financing risk, promote the progress of the PPP project.
