摘　　要：目的探讨血液透析联合腹膜透析治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床效果。方法选取新疆和田地区人民医院2015年11月—2017年11月收治的CRF患者126例,随机分为单一组和联合组,各63例。单一组患者采用腹膜透析治疗,联合组患者在单一组基础上联合血液透析治疗;两组患者均连续透析4周。比较两组患者透析前后血肌酐、尿素氮水平及临床疗效,并观察患者并发症发生情况。结果透析前,两组患者血肌酐、尿素氮水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);透析后,联合组患者血肌酐、尿素氮水平低于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组患者临床疗效优于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组患者并发症发生率低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论腹膜透析联合血液透析治疗CRF的临床疗效确切,其可有效降低患者血肌酐、尿素氮水平,提高患者的生活质量,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with peritoneal dialysis in treating chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods A total of 126 cases of patients with CRF were selected from November 2015 to November 2017 in Xinjiang Hotan District People＇s Hospital,which were randomly divided into single group and combined group,63 cases in each group.The single group was given hemodialysis,the combined group was given peritoneal dialysis based on single group,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The serum creatinine,urea nitrogen before and after dialysis,clinical effect were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of complications were observed.Results Before dialysis,no significant differences of serum creatinine or urea nitrogen was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after dialysis,the combined group of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen were lower than single group（P〈0.05）.The clinical effect of combined group was better than single group（P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of complications in combined group was lower than single group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with peritoneal dialysis have an exactly clinical effect in treating CRF,it can effectively lower serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,promote quality of life,and with higher safety.
