摘 要:采用150 W准连续激光器对0.2mm厚的304不锈钢板进行搭接焊接试验,通过对焊接工艺参数峰值功率、脉冲宽度和离焦量进行正交优化试验,在保证下层不锈钢外观不被击穿的情况下,5个焊点的拉力达到28.9N,此时最佳的工艺参数为峰值功率300 W,脉冲宽度6ms,离焦量2mm。将焊点切片数据与正交试验结果结合分析,结果表明,对焊点强度影响最大的因素是焊点熔深,而对熔深影响最大的工艺参数是峰值功率。该实验结果为实际应用中,激光精密焊接不锈钢薄板外观件提供工艺方法实验指导。A 150 W quasi-continuous laser was used to perform a lap welding test of 304 stainless steel plates with 0.2 mm thick.Through the orthogonal optimization test of welding process parameters of peak power,pulse width,defocusing amount,the tension of 5 welding spots reached to 28.9 Nunder the condition that the underlying stainless steel was not broken down.The best process parameter at this time were peak power 300 W,pulse width 6 ms,and defocusing amount 2 mm.Combining the welding spots slicing data with the orthogonal test results,the results show that the most important factor for the strength of the welding spots is the penetration,and the process parameter that has the greatest impact on the penetration is peak power.The experiment results provide process method experimental guidance for the practical application of laser welding stainless steel appearance parts.
