摘 要:针对传统线结构光光刀平面标定方法精度不高、标定过程复杂的问题,在实验系统装调分析的基础上,提出了线结构光光刀平面的修正方法。首先,在线结构光旋转扫描测量原理的基础上,设计了一种棋盘格与光刀平面重合的标定方案,建立成像平面与光刀平面的映射关系;然后,根据实际装调过程中光刀平面与旋转轴的调整误差,提出光刀平面与旋转轴夹角计算的实验方案,确定出光刀平面与旋转轴的位置关系,并获得夹角θ=1.146°;最后,以牙齿肩台预备体为测量对象,对比分析了光刀平面与旋转轴夹角修正前后的三维形貌。实验结果表明,牙齿肩台预备体旋转中心附近的凸起变形得到明显改善。Aiming at the problem that the calibration accuracy of the traditional linear structure light knife plane is not high and the calibration procedure is complex,based on installation and debugging of experimental system,a correction method of linear structure light knife light plane is proposed.Firstly,on the basis of rotation scanning measurement principle of linear structure light,the calibration method that checkerboard is coincident with the light knife plane is designed,and the mapping relation between the imaging plane and the light knife plane is established.Then,according to actual adjust error between light knife plane and rotation axis,the experimental scheme for calculating the angle between the light knife plane and rotation axis is proposed,and the position relationship between the light knife plane and the rotation axis is determined,the included angleθ=1.146°.Finally,the tooth shoulder is used as the measuring object,through the contrast and analysis of the three-dimensional profile before and after correction of the included angle between the light knife plane and the rotation axis.The experimental results show that the convex deformation near the rotation center of the tooth shoulder preparation is significantly improved.
