摘　　要：水利数据资源建设是水利大数据发展和应用的基础。笔者通过围绕水利数据资源整合、水利数据资源编目及共享服务平台建设及规范编制,阐述了水利数据资源建设这一系统工程,并以此为基础,对后续推进可开放水利数据资源的社会化应用及大力推进水利大数据发展进行了展望。The construction of water resources data resources is the basis for the development and application of water conservancy big data. This paper focuses on the integration of water resources data resources, the cataloging of water resources data resources, and the construction and standardization of shared service platforms. The system project of water conservancy data resources construction is expounded, and the social application of open water conservancy data resources is promoted based on this. The development of water conservancy big data has been vigorously promoted.
