摘　　要：智能建筑集成管理系统(IBMS)通过统一的管理平台,高度集成楼宇自动化、安防监控和消防自动化等不同智能化子系统。笔者对智能建筑中涉及的集成管理系统的涵盖内容进行了简要介绍,提出了系统宜采用分布式架构进行规划设计的观点,不仅对平台的功能进行了比较详尽的需求分析,还从设计要求、集成步骤、子系统接口和联动设计等方面进行了深入探讨。Intelligent Building Management System（IBMS） adopts a unified management platform and highly integrates different intelligent subsystems such as building automation, security monitoring, and fire control automation.This paper briefly introduces the contents of the integrated management system involved in intelligent buildings, and proposes that the system should be designed using distributed architecture. In this paper, not only the functions of the platform are analyzed in detail, but also the functions of the platform are analyzed. It also discusses the design requirements, integration steps, sub system interface and linkage design.
