子宫动脉栓塞术治疗剖宫产术后子宫疤痕妊娠临床分析

摘　　要：目的了解剖宫产后发生疤痕妊娠患者中施予子宫动脉栓塞术治疗的效果。方法方便选择32例出现子宫疤痕妊娠后,于2016年1月—2017年12月入住该院的患者,予以随机法分组:16例选常规疗法治疗的为对照组,16例选子宫动脉栓塞术疗法治疗的为治疗组,同时观察、记录下2组治愈率、手术各指标变化,并作对比。结果展开不同疗法后,治疗组16例患者的治愈率为100.00%(16/16),对照组16例是62.50%(10/16),差异有统计学意义(χ2=40.000,P<0.05);治疗组手术各指标改善情况,均优于对照组(t=16.564、25.124、18.652、12.203,P<0.05)。结论妇产科对子宫疤痕妊娠患者展开专业治疗时,选用子宫动脉栓塞术疗法的疗效确切,推荐优先选择。Objective To investigate the effect of uterine artery embolization in patients with scar pregnancy after cesareansection. Methods 32 patients with uterine scar pregnancy who were convenient admitted to the hospital from January 2016to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups： 16 patients treated with conventional therapy as control groupand 16 patients receiving uterine artery embolization treatment for the treatment group, while observing and recording thetwo groups of cure rates, changes in surgical indicators. Results After different treatments were started, the cure rate in the16 patients was 100.00% （16/16） in the treatment group and 62.50% （10/16） in the control group, the difference was statistically signficant（X^2=40.000; P〈0.05）; The improvement of each index in the operation group was better than that in the control group （t=16.564,25.124,18.652,12.203,P〈0.05）. Conclusion When obstetrics and gynecology begins professional treatment for patients with uterine scar pregnancy, the effect of uterine artery embolization therapy is definite.
