摘　　要：目的分析发热1个月伴全血细胞减少、恶液质患者的诊治方法。方法该文主要对1例以"畏冷、寒战、发热1个月"为主诉于2010年7月入院治疗的患者进行回顾性分析。结果予以此例患者积极的临床诊治后,患者病情好转。结论对发热1个月伴全血细胞减少、恶液质患者进行积极的临床诊治获得良好效果。Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of patients with pancytopenia and dyscrasia at 1 month offever. Methods This article mainly conducted a retrospective analysis of 1 patient who was admitted to hospital in July2010 for the main complaint of ＂fear of chills, chills, and fever＂. Results After this patient＇s active clinical diagnosis andtreatment, the patient＇s condition improved. Conclusion Positive clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with fever at 1month with pancytopenia and dyscrasia have good results.
