布地奈德与硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗儿童喘息型支气管肺炎的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究布地奈德与硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对儿童喘息型支气管肺炎的应用价值。方法方便选取2016年12月—2017年11月期间在该院接受治疗的139例儿童喘息型支气管肺炎患儿为对象,按就诊时间分为对照组(n=69)与观察组(n=70)。对照组行常规治疗,观察组以布地奈德与硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果、临床指标以及不良反应情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.7%显著高于对照组的治疗总有效率85.5%(χ2=6.913,P=0.014),观察组患儿的喘息、湿罗音和哮鸣音消失时间及住院时间分别为(2.64±1.26)d、(4.82±1.35)d、(3.76±1.14)d、(7.66±1.04)d短于对照组患儿,观察组患儿的不良反应率为10.0%明显低于对照组患儿的不良反应率21.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.357,P=0.033)。结论布地奈德与硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗在喘息型支气管肺炎患儿的治疗方面具有十分显著的效果。Objective To study the application value of nebulized inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol sulfate on children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia. Methods Convenient select 139 children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia whowere treated in the hospital from December 2016 to November 2017 were divided into two groups： control group （n=69） andobservation group （n=70）. The control group received routine treatment. The observation group was treated with budesonideand salbutamol sulfate inhalation. The treatment effect, clinical indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups werecompared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.7%, which was significantly higherthan that of the control group （85.5%）,the difference was statistically signficant（X^2=6.913, P=0.014）. The disappearance timeof the wheezing, wet rales, and wheezing sounds, hospitalization time in the observation group was （2.64±1.26）d,（4.82±1.35）d,（3.76±1.14）d, （7.66±1.04）d shorter than the control group, and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 10.0%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group. The adverse reaction rate in children was 21.7%,the differencewas statistically signficant（X^2=5.357, P=0.033）. Conclusion Inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol sulfate has a very significant effect in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchial pneumonia.
