超声影像学检查技术在妇产科急腹症临床诊断中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探析超声影像学技术在妇产科急腹症病例辅助检查中的临床应用价值。方法方便选取2015年2月—2018年2月期间入该院妇产科接受诊疗的62例急腹症患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析临床检查资料,统计超声检查诊断符合率。结果 62例妇产科急腹症患者临床确诊异位妊娠36例、卵巢囊肿合并感染11例、急性盆腔炎9例、黄体破裂1例和输卵管炎输卵管脓肿5例,经超声影像学检查诊断符合率达98.38%,仅1例异位妊娠误诊为急性盆腔炎。结论妇产科急腹症采用超声影像学技术检查,结果准确率高,临床应用价值高,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical application value of ultrasound imaging technique in case-assisted examination of obstetrics and gynecology acute abdomen. Methods A total of 62 patients with acute abdomen who were admitted tothe Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the hospital from February 2015 to February 2018 were convenient selected as the study subjects. The clinical examination data were retrospectively analyzed and the coincidence rate of the diagnostic ultrasound was evaluated. Results A total of 62 cases of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology were clinicallydiagnosed in 36 cases of ectopic pregnancy, 11 cases of ovarian cyst infection, 9 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease,1 case of corpus luteum rupture, and 5 cases of fallopian tube abscess in salpingitis. The diagnosis rate was 98.38% confirmed by ultrasonography. Only one ectopic pregnancy was misdiagnosed as acute pelvic inflammatory disease. ConclusionObstetrics and Gynecology acute abdomen using ultrasound imaging techniques, the results of high accuracy, high clinicalvalue, it is worth promoting.
