摘　　要：目的:探讨胫骨远端锁定加压钢板与解剖型钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折疗效。方法:收治Pilon骨折患者80例,分为甲组和乙组,每组各40例。分别采用解剖型钢板内固定及胫骨远端锁定加压钢板治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:乙组的手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、术后愈合时间均少于甲组。乙组优良率高于甲组。结论:对Pilon骨折患者采用胫骨远端锁定加压钢板治疗效果明显。Objective：To explore the curative effect between distal tibial locking compression plate and anatomical plate internal fixation in the treatment of Pilon fractures.Methods：80 patients with Pilon fracture were selected,they were divided into the A group and the B group.The two groups were treated with anatomical plate internal fixation and distal tibial locking compression plate respectively,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：In the B group,operative time,incision length, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative healing time were all less than the A group.The excellent and good rate of the B group was higher than that of the A group.Conclusion：The effect of distal tibial locking compression plate in the treatment of Pilon fractures was obvious.
