摘　　要：目的:探讨泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法:收治下肢静脉曲张患者108例,分为对照组和观察组,每组各54例,对照组采用高位结扎并抽剥术治疗,观察组采用泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇治疗。结果:观察组手术全程用时、出血量、切口大小、住院天数和不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:泡沫硬化剂聚桂醇治疗下肢静脉曲张临床疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of sclerosing foam lauromacrogol in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods：108 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with high ligation and stripping,and the observation group was treated with sclerosing foam lauromacrogohResuhs：In the observation group,the operative time,bleeding volume,incision size, length of hospital stay and incidence of adverse reactions were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of sclerosing foam lauromacrogol in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities was significant.
