摘　　要：目的:探讨心脏手术中瑞芬太尼联合右美托咪定的麻醉效果。方法:收治心脏手术患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组给予瑞芬太尼麻醉,研究组给予瑞芬太尼联合右美托咪定麻醉。结果:两组患者MAP、HR指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建议心脏手术采用瑞芬太尼联合右美托咪定麻醉,在确保麻醉效果的基础上,患者血流动力学指标更为稳定。Objective：To investigate the anesthetic effect of remifentanil combined with dexmedetomidine in cardiac surgery. Methods：80 patients with cardiac surgery were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group,the control group was given remifentanil anesthesia,and the study group was given remifentanil combined with right metoimidin anesthesia.Results：There was a significant difference in MAP and HR between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：h is suggested that remifentanil combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia should be used in cardiac surgery to ensure that hemodynamic indexes are more stable on the basis of anesthesia effect.
