摘　　要：新生儿肺动脉高压是一种新生儿危重症,及早的诊断及治疗可以降低病死率。本文报告1例西地那非联合米力农治疗新生儿肺动脉高压,取得较好疗效。Neonatal pulmonal7 hypertension was a critical condition for neonates and early diagnosis and treatment could reduce the mortality.This article reported one case of neonatal persistent pulmonal7 hypertension treated by sildenafil combined with milrinone and had better clinical effect.
