苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压的效果。方法:收治老年高血压患者180例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组应用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,对照组应用硝苯地平缓释片治疗。结果:两组患者收缩压和舒张压都显著下降(P<0.05),观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平与硝苯地平缓释片对老年高血压患者的治疗效果相同,且不良反应发生率低。Objective：To explore the effect of amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods：180 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with arulodipine besylate tablets,and the control group was treated with nifedipine sustained release tablets.Results： Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased in the two groups（P 〈 0.05）,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of arulodipine besylate and nifedipine sustained release tables on elderly hypertensive patients is the same,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
