探析复方丹参滴丸与氯吡格雷片单用或联合应用对心绞痛患者血小板功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸与氯吡格雷片单用或联合应用对心绞痛患者血小板功能的影响。方法:收治心绞痛患者126例,随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组各42例。A组采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,B组采用氯吡格雷片治疗,C组采用复方丹参滴丸联合氯吡格雷片治疗,比较3组血小板功能和不良反应。结果:3组治疗后TXB2水平和血小板聚集率均显著下降,但A组和B组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而C组患者各指标下降程度均显著大于A组和B组(P<0.05);3组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸与氯吡格雷片联合治疗心绞痛患者具有更好的抗血小板聚集效果,且具有一定的安全性。Objective：To explore the inquence of single use or joint application of compound danshen dripping pill and clopidogrel tablet on platelet function in patients with angina pectoris.Methods：126 patients with angina pectoris were selected, they were randomly divided into the A group,B group and C group.The A group was treated with compound danshen dropping pills, the B group was treated with clopidogrel,and the C group was treated with compound danshen dripping pill combined with clopidogrel,we compared the platelet function and adverse reactions in the 3 groups.Results：After treatment,the TXB2 level and platelet aggregation rate of the 3 groups were significantly decreased,but there was no significant difference between the A group and the B group（P〉 0.05）.The degree of decline of each index in the C group was significantly higher than that in the A group and the B group（P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 3 groups（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion：Compound danshen dripping pill combined with clopidogrel tablet had better anti platelet aggregation effect in patients with angina pectoris,and had certain safety.
