摘　　要：目的:探讨桂枝大黄汤加减治疗小儿腹痛的效果。方法:收治腹痛患儿40例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组患儿采取常规西医治疗方法进行治疗,观察组采取桂枝大黄汤加减治疗。结果:对照组患儿治疗总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05);对照组患儿不良反应发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝加大黄汤加减治疗小儿腹痛具有安全性高、临床效果好的特点。Objective：To explore the effect of Gui Zhi Da Huang decoction in treating abdominal pain in children.Methods：40 children with abdominal pain were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Gui Zhi Da Huang decoction.Results：The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group（P〈 0.05）,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Gui Zhi Da Huang decoction has the characteristics of high safety- and good clinical effect in treating abdominal pain in children.
