自拟棱莪洗液治疗血栓性外痔临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟棱莪洗液熏洗坐浴治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效。方法:收治血栓性外痔患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。观察组患者采用自拟棱莪洗液熏洗坐浴治疗,对照组患者采用温水熏洗坐浴治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛程度明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟棱莪洗液熏洗坐浴治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of self made Ling E lotion in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids. Methods：90 outpatients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the observation group was treated with self-made Ling E lotion fumigating and sitting bath,the control group was treated with warm water fumigating and sitting bath,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）,and the pain level was significantly less than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of self made Ling E lotion in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids was significant.
