平肝解郁方联合黛力新治疗中风后抑郁症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察平肝解郁方联合黛力新治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:收治中风后抑郁症患者108例,随机分为3组。西药组给予黛力新治疗,中药组给予平肝解郁方治疗,联合治疗组给予平肝解郁方联合黛力新治疗,比较3组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:3组治疗后HAMD量表评分低于治疗前(P<0.01)。联合治疗组HAMD量表评分低于西药组、中药组(P<0.05)。3组不良反应发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:平肝解郁方联合黛力新治疗中风后抑郁症临床疗效更好。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Pinggan Jieyu prescriptioncombined with deanxit in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods：108 cases of patients with post-stroke depression were divided into three groupsrandomly.The western medicine group was treated with deanxit,and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Pinggan Jieyu prescription,the combined treatment group was treated with Pinggan Jieyu prescriptioncombined with deanxit,and the clinical effect and adverse reaction of the three groups were cornpared.Resuhs：The HAMD scale scores of the three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0.01）.The HAMD score of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group （P 〈 0.05）.There was a significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Pinggan Jieyu prescriptioncombined with deanxit in the treatment of post-stroke depressions was better.
