强力定眩片治疗颈椎病性眩晕90例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨强力定眩片治疗颈椎病性眩晕患者的效果。方法:收治颈椎病性眩晕患者90例,分为对照组与试验组,各45例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上联合强力定眩片治疗。结果:试验组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者颈椎病性眩晕症状及功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强力定眩片治疗颈椎病性眩晕患者,不仅可以改善临床症状,还可以降低不良反应发生率。Objective：To investigate the effect of Qiang Li Ding Xuan tablet in the treatment of cervical spondylosis vertigo. Methods：90 patients with cervical vertigo were selected,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Qiang Li Ding Xuan tablets on the basis of the treatment given in the control group.Results：The clinical total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.After the treatment,the symptom and function score of the cervical spondylosis of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）,and the incidence of adverse reaction in the test group was lower than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Qiang Li Ding Xuan tablet can not only improve the clinical symptoms,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of cervical spondylosis vertigo.
