封闭式负压引流术治疗下肢骨折、骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨封闭式负压引流术治疗下肢骨折、骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤的护理效果。方法:收治下肢骨折、骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤患者40例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组采用常规抗生素和普通换药治疗,观察组采用封闭式负压引流术治疗,并加强创面的观察及护理、引流管的护理、患肢功能锻炼和饮食护理。结果:观察组在Ⅱ期植皮时间、植皮愈合时间、换药次数、康复时间方面明显少于对照组,创面缩小百分比明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加强创面的观察及护理、引流管的护理、患肢功能锻炼和饮食护理是提高封闭式负压引流术治疗下肢骨折、骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤患者护理质量的关键。Objective：To explore the nursing effect of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of lower limb fracture and bone exposure with extensive soft tissue injury.Methods：40 patients with lower limb fracture and bone exposure with extensive soft tissue injury were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was treated with conventional antibiotics and general dressing,and the observation group was treated with closed negative pressure drainage,we strengthened the observation and nursing of the wound,the nursing of the drainage tube,the functional exercise of the affected limb and the diet nursing.Results：In the observation group,the skin grafting time at II phase,skin graft healing time, dressing change times and recovery time were significantly less than those of the control group,the percentage of wound narrowing was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Strengthening the observation and nursing of the wound,the nursing of the drainage tube,the functional exercise of the affected limb and the diet nursing were the keys to improve the quality of nursing of lower limb fracture and bone exposure with extensive soft tissue injury.
