摘　　要：目的:调查贵州省某三甲医院护理人员对疼痛的认知。方法:采用问卷星自行编制《护理人员疼痛管理相关知识及态度的调查问卷》,以微信的方式对贵州省某三甲医院护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:该三甲医院护理人员对疼痛的评估工具及疼痛治疗方法不熟悉,对疼痛管理知识需求迫切。结论:护士疼痛管理知识有待提高,应有较高的疼痛规范培训的需求,应面向临床护士有针对性地开展疼痛规范化培训及多种形式的疼痛管理继续教育。Objective：To investigate the cognition of nurses on pain in a third grade hospital in Guizhou province.Methods： Questionnaire on the knowledge and attitude of nursing staff on pain management was compiled by questionnaire,and a questionnaire survey was carried out on the nursing staff in a three a hospital in Guizhou province by WeChat.Resuhs：The nurses in the three grade A hospitals were not familiar with pain assessment tools and pain treatment methods,and they urgently need pain management knowledge.Conclusion：Nurses＇ knowledge of pain management needs to be improved,and there is a high demand for training in pain norms.h should be targeted to clinical nurses to carry out standardized training for pain and to continue education in various forms of pain management.
