摘　　要：目的:医院首例手术是医院外科手术技术水平提升的重要标志,对医院和科室临床、教学、科研水平的发展都具有十分重要的意义,该文通过阐述院内首例"脑深部电刺激术"的手术操作分类编码中遇到的问题及解决问题的全过程,探讨编码员在日常工作中应该具备的编码能力及综合素质。编码员应具备扎实的编码知识和相应的医学知识并加强与临床医师的沟通,才能避免出现错编、漏编,提高编码人员的编码正确率。The first operation in the hospital is an important symbol of the improvement on surgical technique in the hospital.h has great significance to the development of the clinical,teaching and scientific research level of the hospital and the department. The coding ability and comprehensive quality of coding personnel in daily work should be discussed.The eoeoders should have solid coding knowledge and corresponding medical knowledge and strengthen communication with clinicians to avoid wrong editing and leaking,and improve the coding accuracy of the coding staff.
