摘　　要：垂虎益肝胶囊来源于医院自制的中药制剂,为临床多年应用的经验方,此方由垂盆草、虎杖、丹参、甘草四味药组成,大量的临床应用表明垂虎益肝胶囊具有清热利湿、益肝化瘀、舒肝止痛、退黄之功效,现代西医学解释是降低谷丙转氨酶,用于治疗急慢性肝炎,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定大黄素、虎杖苷的含量,并考察了测定大黄素、虎杖苷时流动相的条件,及色谱柱、提取方法的考察,根据2015年版《中国药典》胶囊剂项下的要求,对胶囊装量差异、水分测定、崩解时限、重金属检查、砷盐进行检测.对其也进行了方法学研究,主要对空白试验、线性关系、精密度试验、重复性试验进行了考察.Chuihu Yigan capsule from hospital homemade Chinese medicine, comes from clinical application experience for many years, and consists of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge, Polygonum cuspidatum, Salvia miltiorrhiza, liquorice of four medicine composition. Clinical application of Chuihu Yigan capsule indicates the function of clearing heat and promoting diuresis, removing blood stasis and Tonifying Liver Soothing Liver and relieving pain and jaundice effect. Modern western medicine is said to reduce SGPT, for the treatment of acute and chronic hepatitis. The content of Emodin and Polydatin was determined by HPLC, and the conditions of the flow phase and the method of chromatographic column extraction were investigated. According to the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015, the contents of capsules, moisture determination, disintegrating time, heavy metal examination, arsenic salt were tested. It also carried out methodological research, mainly on blank test, linear relationship, precision test and repeatability test.
