摘  要:N-芳基化反应作为一类重要的反应,在多种药物分子的合成中有着广泛的应用.高温条件下,过渡金属催化是传统N-芳基化反应的重要手段.光催化作为一种新兴的合成手段,近年来在碳氮键的构建领域发展迅猛.与传统加热方法相比光催化N-芳基化反应具有安全可靠、经济高效、反应条件温和等不可替代的优势.本文主要对近几年利用光催化方法实现N-芳基化反应的研究进展及应用进行了介绍.N-arylation, as an important coupling reaction, has been widely used in the synthesis of drug molecules. Transition metal-catalysis under high temperature condition is an important means to perform N-arylation reaction. As a new synthetic strategy, photocatalysis has been developed rapidly in the construction of carbon-nitrogen bonds in recent years. Compared with the conventional heating method, the photocatalysis method for N-arylation has many advantages such as safety, economic efficiency, and reliability, mild reaction condition. In this paper, the research progress and application of N-arylation by photocatalysis are introduced.
