摘 要:蒸压混凝土中水泥与骨料之间的界面结构相对疏松,强度较弱,并且不同骨料蒸压混凝土的水泥石界面的水化产物以及微观表象也不同。为了解不同骨料蒸压混凝土的界面结构及其水化产物,利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和能谱,分别对其晶体物相、界面微观表象和碱度进行分析。通过3组试验,得到了3种不同骨料蒸压混凝土水泥石界面的各种性质。结果表明,蒸压混凝土界面的碱度与骨料是否参与水化反应有关;石灰石不参与蒸压混凝土的水化,其界面的水化产物为高碱度水化硅酸钙;蒸压过程中,破碎卵石和花岗岩参与水化反应,其界面碱度小于石灰石蒸压混凝土;由于花岗岩在蒸压过程中K+、Na+的溶出,花岗岩蒸压混凝土界面附近的碱度比破碎卵石蒸压混凝土更低。Because the interface structure between cement and aggregate in autoclaved concrete is relatively loose,the strength is weak.In addition,the hydration products and the microscopic appearance of the cement paste interface of different aggregate autoclaved concretes are also different.To understand the interface structure and hydration products of autoclaved concrete with different aggregates.XRD,Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS)are used to analyze the crystal phase,interface microscopic appearance and alkalinity of the crystals.Through three sets of experiments,various properties of three kinds of aggregate autoclaved concrete cement interfaces are obtained.The results show that the basicity of the autoclaved concrete interface is related to whether the aggregates participate is in the hydration reaction.Limestone does not participate in the hydration of the steamed concrete.The hydration product of the interface is high-alkalinity hydrated calcium silicate.During the autoclave process,the broken pebbles and granites participate in the hydration reaction,and the basicity of the interface is lower than that of limestone autoclaved concrete.Due to the dissolution of K+ and Na+ during the autoclaving of granite,the alkalinity of the granite near the autoclave interface is lower than that of the cracked pebble autoclaved concrete.
