摘 要:为了提高水力振荡器降摩减阻效率,保证安全顺利施工,从水力振荡器工作原理出发,拟合回归出不同型号工具降低摩阻值与排量关系,模拟计算临界安全起点。从钻柱所受重力的径向分量和压差两方面出发,重点考虑钻柱螺旋弯曲和平面二次弯曲条件下,水力振荡器最佳安放间距。通过研究发现常规定向井/水平井水力振荡器离井口最近距离应不小于727m,离钻头距离不大于833.63m,同时根据鲁迈拉S型定向井实际特点优化设计了最佳安放点并开展现场试验,累计应用3口井,与原有定向井相比实际滑动钻井摩阻降低51.30%,机械钻速提高46.94%。研究结果表明,通过水力振荡器在钻柱中合理安放位置的优化设计与应用,有助于最大限度发挥其降摩减阻的效果,保障施工安全。In order to improve the efficiency of reducing friction and drag of hydraulic oscillator and ensure the safe and smooth operation,based on the working principle of hydraulic oscillator,the relationship between reducing friction resistance and displacement of different types of tools was fitted and regressed,the simulation calculation was conducted on the critical safety threshold.The radial component and pressure difference of the gravity received by the drill string were considered.Under the condition of helical bending and plane secondary bending of drill string,the optimal spacing of hydraulic oscillator was emphatically considered.It was found from the study that the nearest distance from the wellhead of the directional well/horizontal well hydraulic oscillator should be not less than 727 mand it should be no more than 833.63 mfrom the bit.At the same time,according to the actual characteristics of S type directional wells in Rumaila Oilfield,the optimum placement point was optimized and the field test was carried out.Compared with unoptimized adjacent wells,the average torque was reduced by 51.3%,the average penetration rate was improved by 46.94%.The results show that the optimum design and application of the reasonable position of the hydraulic oscillator in the drill string is beneficial for maximizing the effect of reducing friction and drag and ensuring the safety of operation.
