摘　　要：通过对断裂铆钉及相关零件的检验、铆钉断口分析、铆钉受力设计计算以及铆钉处的零件结构分析,判定了铆钉断裂失效发生的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,为今后此类问题的预防提供了可靠的理论依据。This paper introduces the reason analysis of fracture rivet. Through the inspection of rivet and related parts, fracture analysis, force calculation and structure analysis of rivet, judging the main reason of the fracture failure occurs. Proposing the improvement measures for providing reliable theory basis of preventing such problems in future.
