摘　　要：攀长钢500T卧式压力矫直机主要用于?90mm～?260mm圆钢棒材的矫直任务,但是由于采用液压控制,故障点隐蔽,故障因素多,加之厂房内环境因素差,多粉尘等,导致故障率高,故障处理时间长,严重影响轧钢厂成品材的入库,因此熟悉500T矫直机常见故障及采取快速正确的判断方法,对其日常维护相当重要,本文通过分析500T矫直机的液压控制系统原理及常见故障的诊断处理方法,为其日常维护工作提供一定的借鉴。The 500T horizontal pressure straightener of Changcheng Special Steel Company, Pangang Group is mainly used for straightening φ590mm - φ260mm round steel bars. However, the higher failure rate and the longer fault treatment time are caused by the hidden failure points and many failure factors due to using hydraulic control system, and poor environmental factors in the factory building, more dust and so on, so the storage of finished prod- ucts is seriously affected in the rolling milh Therefore, it is very important to be familiar with the common faults of 500T straightener and to adopt fast and correct judgment methods for its daily maintenance. This paper analyzes the principle of the hydraulic control system of 500T straightener and the diagnosis and treatment methods of common faults, so as to provide reference for its daily maintenance work.
