白龟山水库生态系统服务功能价值评估

摘　　要：白龟山水库是河南省平顶山市的主要水源。基于生态服务价值原理和当地实际,对白龟山水库湿地生态系统的生态价值进行了评估。结果表明:白龟山水库直接物质生产价值是17.757亿元人民币。水库消落带土壤和植被固碳释氧总价值为1.423 77亿元人民币。白龟山水库在提供野生生物栖息地、维护生物多样性等服务功能方面的年生态效益为0.220 577 745亿元人民币。水库的调蓄洪水功能价值为6.177 4亿元人民币。水库的水资源蓄积功能价值为3.551元人民币。水库净化水质总价值为0.815 613亿元人民币。白龟山水库湿地生态系统在全部发挥效益后每年所产生的生态服务总价值为29.946亿元人民币。除了该水库的供水功能以外,水库的调蓄洪水功能价值最突出,其次是水资源蓄积功能价值。Bai Gui Shah reservoir is the main source of water in Pingdingshan City,Henan province. , the eco- logical value of Baiguishan Reservoir wetland ecosystem was evaluated that was based on the principle of e- cological service value and local practice.The results show that the direct material production value of Baiguis- han Reservoir is 1.757 billion yuan.The total value of carbon sequestration of soil and vegetation in the fluctu- ating belt of reservoir is 1.423 billion yuan.The annual ecological benefit of Baiguishan Reservoir in providing service functions such as wildlife habitat and maintaining biodiversity is 0.220 577 745 billion yuan.The value of the flood storage function is 6.1774 billion yuan in the reservoir.The value of water resources accumulation function is 3.551 yuan.The total value of water purification in the reservoir is 0.8156.1 billion yuan.The total value of the ecological services generated by Wetland Ecosystem in Baiguishan Reservoir is 2.9946 billion yuan each year after it produces the best possible results.In addition to the water supply function of the reser- voir,the value of the flood storage function is most prominent,followed by the value of water storage capacity in the reservoir.
