摘　　要：针对吉林省中部城市引松供水工程冯家岭分水枢纽项目,对其施工建设、建筑物稳定、长期运行监测等方面,从工程测量角度提出了具体要求;对测量控制基础觇标的稳定性、标体的形状、结构、埋设深度等进行优化设计,并进行了建造实施。对寒冷地区、重点工程项目基础标石、觇标的建造有很好的参考作用。According to the Fengjialing watershed project of the city diversion and water supply project in the middle part of Jilin Province, specific requirements are put forward in terms of engineering survey for its con- struction,building stability and long-term operation monitoring.The stability,shape ,structure and embedding depth of the measuring and controlling foundation marker are optimized, and construction and implementation were carried out.It has a good reference for the construction of basic standard and targets of key projects for cold areas.
