摘　　要：大麦是典型的粮、经、饲"三元"作物,我国饲用传统主要是利用其籽粒,对其绿色植株用作饲料了解甚少。随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施,我国草食畜牧业规模化标准化养殖迅速发展,对青(贮)饲料的需求量越来越大,对品质要求也越来越高。在对大麦青饲利用技术研究与推广应用实践的基础上,本文归纳介绍了利用大麦绿植体放牧、青刈、青贮及干草制作等饲用方法,以期为草食畜禽养殖提供技术指导。Barley is a typical crop with multiple uses for food, malt, and feed. Barley grain has been traditionally used for animal feed in China, while little is known about utilizing its green plants as animal feed. With the implementation of rural vitalization strategy and rapid development of animal husbandry industry in our country, there are increasing demands for forage grass and silage in both quantity and quality. We previously established the technologies of using barley as animal feed, which have been applied to feed barley production in recent years. Based on these earlier studies, this paper summarizes the methods of utilizing green barley plants for grazing, cutting, ensiling, and hay production, which provide technical guidance for livestock and poultry farmers.
