摘  要:针对国内管网数据采集与监视控制系统(supervisory control and data acquisition,SCADA)在数据采集通信过程中所涉及的协议种类众多的特点,提出一种基于有限状态机的工业总线协议测试用例生成算法。首先建立FSM形式化模型,然后生成测试序列,并实例化一致性测试用例,然后将测试用例导入所设计的通信协议解析、一致性测试判定、测试结果输出与分析等模块,利用虚拟仪器工具LabVIEW实现了测试系统原理样机的人机界面,实现了SCADA系统的主控中心、场站控制系统、现场设备之间的工业通信协议一致性测试与分析。在某油气调控SCADA系统的测试项目中验证了该系统,可以生成合适的测试用例,并给出了测试用例的执行结果,有效提高了测试效率,有助于发现两化融合过程中一部分工业控制系统中的互联互通的问题。In view of characteristic of various protocols in data acquisition and communication for supervisory control and data acquisitionin domestic network,we propose an test case generation algorithm for industrial bus protocol based on the finite state machine. First webuild a FSM model,produce test sequence and instantiate conformance test case. After that the test cases are imported into the module ofdesigned communication protocol parsing,judgement of conformance testing,test results output and analysis,and the virtual instrumentLabVIEW is applied to achieve the human-machine interface of the prototype test system,realization of the master control center of SCADA,terminal control system,industrial communication protocol conformance testing and analysis between field devices. In a test projectfrom an oil and gas regulation of SCADA,the proposed system is verified to be able to generate the appropriate test cases and present theexecution results of test cases,which effectively improves the test efficiency and helps to find the connectivity problem in some industrialcontrol systems in combination process.
