摘  要:回顾了我国离子渗氮技术的发展历程。目前在平稳发展的同时,应加强离子渗氮高端产品的工业化生产,发挥离子渗氮技术的独特优势,开发出特种离子渗氮的工艺和装备。着重阐述了离子渗氮的技术特点,强调了离子激活的重要作用。提出控制渗氮质量的三层理念,指出,推广热壁离子渗氮炉是当前我国离子渗氮工业化生产向高端产品突破的重要措施。The development course of plasma nitriding technology in China was reviewed. It was pointed out that at present while stably developing the plasma nitriding technology the commercial scale production of high-level products of plasma nitriding must be strengthened, an unique superiority of plasma nitriding should be brought into full play, and special process and equipment of plasma nitriding should be developed. The technical characteristics of plasma nitriding were emphatically expounded. The important function of plasma activation was emphasized. The three layers concept for controlling nitriding quality was put forward, and it was pointed out that popularization of a hot-wall plasma nitriding furnace will be an important measure whereby commercial scale plasma nitriding production is developed into high-level products at present in China.
