摘　　要：对近10年针刺治疗支气管哮喘的实验及临床研究进行分析整理。实验及临床研究常选用外周血清进行检测,经检测发现针刺可以改善肺的通气功能、抗炎、提高免疫机制及调节神经-内分泌网络,从而达到改善支气管哮喘症状的目的。针刺疗法治疗支气管哮喘日益受到重视,且在临床机制的研究也逐渐深入,为临床治疗提供明确的治疗方案与理论依据。The experimental and clinical studies of acupuncture treatment of bronchial asthma published in the recent ten years were analyzed and arranged. Peripheral blood serum has often been used in the experimental and clinical studies and the detections have found that acupuncture can improve the pulmonary ventilation, anti-inflammation and immunity, and regulate the neuroendocrine network, so as to achieve the goal of attenuating the bronchial asthma symptoms. Acupuncture therapy has been attracting more and more attention in the treatment of bronchial asthma and its mechanism research has also been going deeper, to provide a specific treatment protocol and theoretical evidence for the clinic.
