三伏穴位贴敷与三伏针刺治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效对比及其免疫机制的研究

摘　　要：目的对比观察三伏穴位贴敷与三伏针刺治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及对免疫机制的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为观察组(三伏穴位贴敷组)和对照组(三伏针刺组),观察两组患者治疗前后哮喘发作次数、哮喘控制测试(ACT)量表得分及血清IgG、IgE、IgA、IgM含量的变化情况。结果两组治疗后,观察组在哮喘发作次数、ACT量表得分及血清IgG、IgE、IgA、IgM含量方面与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与三伏针刺治疗比较,穴位贴敷更能明显减少患者哮喘发作次数,使ACT量表得分增加,症状减轻,且使患者血清IgG、IgA、IgM含量增加,IgE含量明显减少,其调节支气管哮喘患者免疫功能的作用优于三伏针刺治疗。Objective To compare acupoint sticking therapy with acupuncture, both during the canicular days, in the treatment of bronchial asthma, and to observe their effects on immunological mechanism. Method The eligible patients were randomized into an observation group （canicular-day acupoint sticking group） and a control group （canicular-day acupuncture group）. The asthma attack frequency, Asthma Control Test （ACT） score and serum contents of immunoglobulin （Ig）G, IgE, IgA, and IgM in the two groups were observed before and after the treatment. Result After the treatment, the asthma attack frequency, ACT score, and the changes in the serum contents of IgG, IgE, IgA and IgM in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with acupuncture during the canicular days, acupoint sticking therapy can more significantly reduce the asthma attack frequency, increase ACT score, improve the symptoms, up-regulate the serum contents of IgG, IgA and IgM, and down-regulate the content of IgE. Acupoint sticking during the canicular days can more significantly regulate immune function than acupuncture in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients.
